I would like to be refunded for this transaction. Way too convoluted for our purposes. No reply on our support ticket. Can't get a "group" reservation to reflect the minimum number set at 6.
I am posting this on 12/22/2019. The original purchase was made on 12/15. You state having a 15 day refund policy. I have submitted a previous support ticket and refund request with no reply.

However, I don't see any previous tickets from you - it looks llike this is your first ticket:

As for getting a group reservation to reflect the minimum number? - Can you please explain what you mean exactly by that? Do you mean a group appointment where no less than 6 people can schedule an appointment at a time, or every customer can book one spot, but the appointment will not be held until the minimum of 6 people scheduled?
To request a refund, you need to log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
