If you already have the plugin and you are our paying customer, please open the ticket in the Amelia category: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/submit/#100012870, so our engeeners can take a look. This is a pre-purchase category for those who didn't purchased the plugin yet.

As you said you have version: 2.3.1 - that is a full version of our plugin, and it is not free of charge. How did you get the plugin?
