Can Amelia be used as a rental portal for renting books out to book clubs?
The admin would need to add books to the system which are available for rental.
Users would need to log in, view the books available, see when they are available (calendar), and book X amount out for their club. Each book can be loaned out for 5 weeks at a time.
Need SMS/email reminder, booking back in to the library etc.
Unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment with our plugin since we don't have multiple day booking option. In our plugin only time slots during one day can be booked. We plan to work on these option but I must say that we have some more requested features before this one to implement.
Also, since our plugin isn't made for resource booking you would have to add all books as employees and employees needs to have emails. We certainly plan to implement resource booking as well, and then our plugin will be suitable for all types of renting.
