Estoy interesado en adquirir el plugin, pero quiero saber si hay posibilidad de generar un gráfico que se actualice de forma automática a partir del promedio de los datos de una encuesta hecha con el plugin contact form 7 y que esta gráfica se genere en un documento PDF que se le envíe a usuario y a mi.

I'm not sure if the plugin will be suitable for your use case.
You can create a table from Contact Form 7, but only through SQL Query based tables, since we don't have integration with that plugin.
Also, you will be able to create charts from that table, and if you enable "Follow table filtering" when creating the chart, add auto-update timer in the table, and place both the table and the chart on the same page, the chart will refresh after the amount of time you defined in the table.
PDFs can't be used in wpDataTables, so I don't know if that's a deal-breaker for you.
