Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I would like to create multiple locations and am familiar with this, however, my locations would either be our office, via phone, or video conference call.
I understand how to create multiple locations, but am having trouble finding out how to allow someone to choose multiple locations for this service, especially if I have to select myself (the employee) to have a location associate with me.
Do I simply need to create a custom add-on question which says which location they want to use? This feels redundant to the feature that is already present. Is there the ability to HIDE the map (which says Koreatown if there's no address shown) and instead us a picture? I've used a picture in the icon, but the map is then incorrect.
I essentially want to give people the option of choosing Meet via Zoom, meet via phone, or meet in-person.
Hello Stæven.
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, you can only assign locations to your employees per time slots. Meaning, you can have multiple locations, and then go to Employee's work hours, and configure them like this:
09:00 - 12:00 - Location 1
12:00 - 14:00 - Location 2
14:00 - 17:00 - Location 3
At the moment, there is no way to assign an employee to more locations, so customers cannot choose where the appointment will take place.
Adding a custom field like you did is a valid workaround. As for the maps, unfortunately, there's no way to change its behavior. The maps are loaded over Google Maps API, and that can't be changed to display a picture. Since you mentioned you used a picture in the icon, can you please show me what you mean?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
