We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi TMS Support,

I have all my notifications set for appointments and events 'COOL'.

Next trick, I need to email all my clients from time to time as a bulk email, right now i need to email wishing them a Merry Xmas and that we have moved them from the old system to Amelia and they will receive an email soon advising them of this new upgrade (once I add them across as a new user to WP) I want to do this so it's not a shock to them, like a pre account email, also on a weekly basis we will want to email a link to students of the class video recap.

Can this be done? if so awesome! How? If not, when will I be able to do that or how long before I can.

    Cheers Shane

    Hello Shane.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

At the moment we don't have any notifications which would be sent like that. If you have access to your database, you can try a workaround - change birthdays for all your customers in wp_amelia_users table, so the plugin thinks your customers' birthdays are all on December 25th (for example). Then, when you configure a cron job for sending Scheduled e-mails, you can modify the "Birthday Greeting" notification template to say what you need to inform your customers about.

That will send out an e-mail to all your customers who's "birthday" is on December 25th. After that, you would, of course need to delete all birthdays from the database, so this message isn't sent again next Christmas.

Unfortunately, that's the only way (for now) to send out these e-mails from time to time.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
