Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
1. Any chance we can generate a coupon for a single customer /service? I mean, in order to have a voucher (people could buy a service to offer someone else) instead of a discount coupon.
2. Probably a bug:
If we filter products by category ([ameliabooking category=1]), the coupon is not available as a payment option.
Using the categories catalog ([ameliacatalog]), the coupon option appears.
Thank you and best regards,
Rui Duarte
Hello Rui,
1. When you create a coupon you choose services/events that this coupon can be applied to. So, you can choose one service here without any issues. You would need to send the coupons directly to customers (the name of the coupon) that they can use while booking that service and they will have deduction/discount for that service.
2. It works properly on our test site if we put a shortcode for a specific category, the coupon option is shown. Could you please tell me is the coupon option shown when you put only the [ameliabooking] shortcode? Maybe in that category that you chosen (ID 1) you don't have a service that have a coupon (when you create coupons you choose for which services/events these coupons can be applied to).
