    Hi,

    I'm looking to buy your plugin but I had some questions before purchasing. I have a bike rental company. I offer guided tours, but I sell and rent bikes as well.

    So here are my questions :

    1. Is it possible to offer "equipment" the same way it's possible for services?
    2. I saw that the theme is compatible with WooCommerce, is it possible to use it as an ecommerce and sell products, and in the same time take appointments and rentals.
    3. Is it possible to import from CSV a list of services, employees, etc.?
    4. Is it possible to add an image to the Extras in services?
    5. Is it possible to "upsell" services, or at least link services as in "similar products" like you see on ecommerce websites.

    Hi Tommy,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. It is possible if you create bikes as employees (in order for each bike to have its own availability time and in order for customers to be able to rent different bikes at the same time). However, you should know that our plugin doesn't have option for booking multiple days, just time slots in one day and the duration of offered time slots depends on the service duration and extras duration. So if you need option for customers to choose the duration for renting (in one day), then you would need to create service with minimum duration and add extras to that service with extra duration and price. Our plugin is not originally made for equipment renting so this is some kind of a workaround. We plan to work on this but I must be honest that it will not be very soon since we have some other features in our plan before this one.

    2. We have some users that use WooCommerce products with Amelia but I am not quite sure if the set-up is the same.

    3. Unfortunately import option isn't supported at the moment. We plan to work on this first for customers and then for appointments, importing of services and employee hasn't been requested that much.

    4. Unfortunately extras cannot have picture at the moment.

    5. No this is not possible.
