    Hi there,

What is the best way to handle this? Spa has more employees than rooms. Some employees have services that can only be provided on a specific room. From what I understand, we can only assign an employee's services to a location (which could be a room at the same venue). There isn't a way to assign a service to a location. It would work if the room (or other item) could exist as a specific resource for a service. Also, can't use the location as a room because I can't add availability of employee to multiple locations simultaneously.

A request: Please consider the possibility to set the default status of approved or pending by service, location or employee, instead of the currently default for all reservations.

Second request: Please allow us to sell a pack with multiple services (that would get Pending status) without the customer having to choose date/time.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Rui Duarte

    Hello Rui,

The locations are connected to employees. Unfortunately, you can't add multiple locations to one employee at the same time. You can add different locations at different times though. This is done in the employees' work hours, for each work time period you can assign different locations and services. So, if some of the services that are in these specific rooms are done in different times than the rest of the services assigned to this employee you can achieve your case this way.

You can have extras as these specific rooms for the services if that is suitable for your business needs. But this way they can't depend on each other, you can't limit the extras all together for all services.

First request: I will add it to our list of feature requests.

Second request: We have this feature in our to-do list for one of our future updates. I can't say exactly when it will be implemented though.
