I'm trying to create a zap. When a person books an appointment i want their data to got to Active Campaign. I'm following the steps in this article: https://wpamelia.com/web-hooks-settings/
In part 1 Catch hook i can't find any test data so i can't continue. I added the the Custom Webhook URL in Amelia, see attached screenshot. And then i booked an appointment for today. Any idea why Zapier can't find any data?

When you click on “TEST & REVIEW” in Zapier, you also need to perform the action in Amelia for which the Zap was created. For example, if you created a Zap to catch “booking completed”, after you click on "TEST & REVIEW", you also need to complete the booking through Amelia. Have you been doing that?
Thanks, Aleksandar, yes I already did that. After click on "TEST & REVIEW," I created a new appointment. Is it enough? What means exactly "booking completed"? Will you make a webhook to state "booking created" in the future? we need more, for example, to send messages to whatsapp for example 1 day before the appointment using integromat or zapier integration.
Booking completed implies the action will be performed after someone completes the booking. Doesn't matter if the default appointment status is "Pending" or "Approved". Simply, when someone books an appointment, the web hook is caught.
The integration will be developed more, but I cannot say when all those hooks will be added.
If you're still not able to do that, please open a private pre-purchase ticket, where you can leave your credentials, so I can check what's going on.
It shows how you can create a Zap, and how it catches the hook. The only thing I left out is the "Do this..." step in Zapier, since I'd need to log into my account, create the document which needs to be updated, and so on.
Hi Aleksandar, I believe that I found the problem, the trigger not worked if you create the appointment internally, only work if you created the appoinment externally as you show in the video.

how could you achieve the connection? I tried with the WordPress demo of amelia (https://sports.wpamelia.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-calendar#/calendar ) and it doesn't work.
Zapier never get any data after create a new appoinment.
