We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I would like to know if Amelia be configured for a person to book multiple sessions either on one day and/or alternative days?
( I offer a studio pass where members can book their hourly sessions both back to back or on separate days).

Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately something like this is not possible since we don't support booking of multiple days or time slots at the moment. We certainly plan to work on recurring booking option for one of the future updates since this features was requested a lot, so once we implement it something like this will be possible. Oh sorry, that was a mistake . I had a question but I found the answer for it - so all good. It was about changing the title of "Services" to "Workshops" - but I can do that using the page name - and presumably the term "Services" does not need to be visible.

As we discussed, we would like to inform you that we have released Recurring Appointments feature that you have been interested in.
Amelia’s recurring appointment feature eliminates any scheduling conflicts that tend to occur during the process of scheduling repeat appointments over extended periods.
You can enable an option for the system to offer the closest time and date to your customer if some of his/her desired slots are busy.
For each service, you can choose whether its recurrence is daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or if you want your customers to select any of it.
