I can't activate the full version of the plugin, even following all your instructions for manual mode in my server. Please verify what can be happening, I need to activate it to full version but it is being completely impossible for me. Thank you very much and hope for your quick response.
Were you able to install the plugin? From your message it sounds like you were unable to install it, but you're also mentioning activation, and that's being done through plugin's settings.
Anyway - are there any error messages coming up? What's going on?
If you had the Lite version installed, it needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
After you install the plugin, you can activate the license in Amelia settings/Activation, by entering your purchase code.
Hi Aleksandar, lite version was working flawless, but although I follow all of your instructions (deactivating and deleting the plugin, then uploading the full version, clearing caches, etc), full version doesn't work, I have the same limitations that in lite version. In the administration tab in settings, your icon is constantly charging but nothing happens. I don't understand what can be happening.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
