I created an event but cannot add attendees manually. The UI will not autocomplete and I already created the customer. I'm stuck and didn't find any info in the documentation about this.
In the screenshot you shared with me, you're actually searching for Event attendees that have already been added to the event. You need to click on "Add Attendee" above it, and you will see the list of your customers when you click on the Customer field in the next window.
Well, that is exactly what I tried, clicked on the attendee name and then it takes me to Edit the attendee and only lets me Save it, but never adds it.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Seriously Aleksandar? You knew there's a known issue with this from previous tickets and didn't start with that? My business is stopped because I trusted your plugin would work and now that I find out it's buggy, we have spent 2 days "troubleshooting". If my client booked offline and want to add him, it's more encouraging to other potential clients to book an event that has people already. This is so frustrating! I already passed my 15 days guarantee money back, so I'm stuck with your plugin, please make it work. I have another open ticket and we cannot operate correctly because of those bugs. We are individuals trying to make an effort to start a business and this technology is not letting us to do that. Would it be possible to make this bug fixing process more efficient?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're referring to. I'm assuming you checked out another public ticket that had a similar issue. If that is true, please note that not all issues are resolved in the same way, and one issue could be resolved in numerous number of ways. What works for some people doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you, so we cannot guess until we take a look at your website, inspect the page where the issue occurs, and see server responses. Your particular issue could've been linked to least 4 different troubleshooting procedures, including, but not limited to database issues, permission issues, server issues and conflict with something else.
Also, we're going through tickets in order in which they were submitted, and answered. We don't prioritize anyone. There are a lot of tickets on our hands, and we're trying to help everyone.
Thank you for your patience, though. I logged in, and verified there's a 500 Internal Server Error when trying to add an attendee, referring to a payment that needed to be made. That shouldn't happen, so I modified ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Payment/PaymentApplicationService.php file, and it's working fine now:
I removed the attendee, so please feel free to test it.
I will take a look at your other ticket soon. Thank you for your understanding.
