We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I found your plugin very useful. Install free version and think abou paid.
I work on website for my client, she is homeopathic consultant working worldwide and sell consultations around the world.

I am not sure, your Amelia plugin could set up timezone according to timezone of client(patients). Some clients are from Amerika some from Europe. It is possible to set up timezone automathic according to timezone of client? Or better: should clients choose their timezone?

Thank you very much for your answer :)
    Have a nice day

    Hi Anežka Palajová,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin, we are glad to hear that you like it.

We have time zone included in our paid version. There is no option for client to choose its time zone but if you enable the time zone option in our plugin, clients will see time slots in the time zone in which their local machine is (our plugin detects this and show time slots in that time zone), and employees and/or admin (on the back-end) will see scheduled appointments in the time zone in which they are. The time zone for back-end is set on the WordPress General Settings and based on that zone the time slots for employees and admin on the back-end are shown.

    Best regards.
