Of course, I send notifications to customers who have made a reservation. I also have two payment methods, PayPal and on-site payment in cash. I would like to send notifications, e.g. information on the selected payment method or how much remains to be paid on site in cash. Adding% appointment_price% does not solve the problem, because then this information will also be given to people who have paid everything long ago by PayPal.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can add a notice at the bottom of each e-mail, saying that the appointment price applies to purchases yet to be made on-site, and that PayPal purchases were already completed.
We don't yet have unique identifiers which will be applied to a method of payment.
I see you're already working with Marija on that ticket, so she'll respond as soon as she gets in, and gets to your ticket.
However, I did see that neither you nor she mentioned "Minimum time required before booking" option, from General settings.
It sounds like it may have been configured so no one is able to book for "today", but they can book for any other day after today. That makes me think there is minimum time predefined, so bookings cannot be made within that period. For example if your employee works from 09 - 17, and you log in at 10 to book a time slot, you won't see an available time slot if you configured "Minimum time required before booking" to be 7 or 8 hours. That's something you can check.
Other than that, you can provide us with a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials in Marija's ticket, just make sure to enable "Private" response, because it is a public ticket.
We haven't had a request like this in the past, but I'll forward it to our development team. They will include it in our ideas list, so if it appears in customer requests more frequently in the future, I'm sure they'll add it.

Hello.
Thank you for your answer. Then somehow it will solve differently.
By the way, maybe you could help in this matter? https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2242677/
Hi again m2r0.

"Minimum time required before booking" in always and now I also have "Disabled", so I think it is not fault setting and is correct, right?
But Marija has already sent me an update, so I think that when we apply it it will be ok.
Thank you and best regards
I hope that the update will fix it, m2r0.
It was just a quick thought. Like I said, you're already working with her on that ticket, so it's best to wait for her response.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Best regards.

Thank you. Do you plan to add unique payment method identifiers to your notifications?
