We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
When I delete a gravity form row. I would like to see that gravity form entry move to the trash or even have it starred. I would like to restrict the ability to have most users have the ability to delete a row. I would only like certain roles be able to delete. But they can edit and add entries, just not delete. Is there a way to send the selected row that I want deleted to a starred state in Gravity Forms or to a trash state in gravity forms when I click on the operation of delete in the Wpdatatable?
Or another option I would like to have is to remove the delete ability. I would assume that if I can not display the delete button that is shown on the table front end. Is there a way that I can do this if I can't change the way the gravity form delete function works?
Hi again Derek.
Unfortunately, there's no way to change the behavior, but there is a way to hide the delete button.
Please take a look at our FAQ section and you'll see how you can hide that button with some custom CSS.
Kind Regards,

Awesome! I think hiding the button, it should resolve most of the issue. Thank you for the reference!
You're welcome Derek.
I'm glad I could be of service.
