I bought the Pro version of Amelia from AppSumo and when I went to add details of the buffer times, it came up with a message to upgrade and I couldn't make any changes otherwise. I've gone into my account on AppSumo to see if it is a partial sale but it's a full account I bought so why can't I input the details?

I tried to use the code again but it said the code had already been used. I couldn't use it again! I will contact support to see if they can help because I really do need it now

It might be that you already use it on maximum number of domains, you need to deactivate it on the domain you don't want to use it anymore and to activate it on the other one.
