Dear support,
I have purchased amelia and i have succesfully used it in the past.
but since we migrated to a new server it broke down.
Amelia is stuck on that we have to purchase it again.
we cant enter the product key.
hopefully you can help us.

Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you please describe the problem in more detail? If you're simply getting a message saying the license key is invalid, it probably got saved in our database with your previous domain. Unfortunately, our management is out for the week, and we'll be able to deactivate the license remotely on Monday.
Please note, though, that you can still use the plugin to its full potential, you just wouldn't be able to activate it. Whatever the issue is, we'll see that it's sorted out, don't worry, you don't have to buy anything else.
