    Hi, 

    I would like to check how come those particular fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone) in the form are being pre-filled and disabled me from filling it again?

    Hello Justin, 

    These fields are filled in because you are booking while you are logged in to your WordPress. You can try this out from the incognito page or while you are not logged in to WP and then these fields will not be filled.
