    I have a problem. The reservation is set up correctly but it does not work and customers cannot make reservations for today (when the employee is only on that day). When an employee is today and tomorrow, customers can make reservations for today and tomorrow and everything works fine.

    Could you please tell me how do you set the work hours for the employee for today only? Do you use special days for this? And do you use only Special days for configuring the work hours of the employees or you have the work hours in general set? Thanks!

    I use special days. And it works correctly when the employee is today + some extra day. But if it is only today, then the customer can not make an appointment with him (as if he was not today).

    Thank you. Unfortunately, the special days weren't meant to be used on their own without set work hours, so there might be some issue with this, like you said, when no work hours are set and when only one special days is made. 

    We will test this out and I will forward this to the development team so they can check it out and see how this can be fixed. 

    Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused. 

    For now, until this is fixed, you can make some special day in the future for the employees and you can prevent them from booking with setting the option 'Period available for booking in advance: ' in Amelia -> General Settings.

    Yes. The schedule of the employee's working hours, e.g. on Fridays, solves the problem and even today everything works and you can make a reservation. But the problem is that all Fridays appear as available for booking, and I do not want it (because then there is no employee). Changing the "Period available for booking in advance" settings, for example for 7 days, does not solve this problem, because we have several places and there we want clinics to make reservations even one month ahead.
    Previously, everything worked as it should, but probably the last update changed it.
    The biggest problem is when several people today cancel their reservations, then no one can make an appointment today.

    I meant you can create one special day in the future for this employee (for example 6 months from now or more time in advance if you need) and prevent that to be bookable with that option. Would that solve the issue for now?

    Customers were able to book that same day until the last update?

    Create this one day in the future using the "Special Days" option or something else? If so, customers will be able to make reservations for this day, but as I wrote, the problem is already on that day because then the calendar does not load and it is a big problem.

    But when you create some special day in the future (another one for the same employee) would the issue for the special day 'today' be gone? Or they still won't be able to book that special day even though the employee has another one in the future?

    Yes I meant the 'Special days' option.

    Hello.

    It still doesn't work as it should. Two special days are fine, but one special day is not. So it would be good if you fixed it in the next update.
    For now, I have made two special days, of which I block the latter one with no employee. But this is a terribly troublesome medota and I look forward to fixing it as soon as possible;)

    Yes, I know this is not a fix, but that just crossed my mind as a temporary solution so you won't have troubles with the bookings until we fix this in the plugin.
