In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi There,
I am not receiving any email notifications to my email as an admin as an employee in Amelia.
I am the owner and single employee using Amelia for my site. My admin email and my employee email is [email protected] (google account).
I notice that Amelia is not sending any notifications to my email listed above because of its termination in .center
I have tested with emails ending in @gmail.com and it works perfectly.
I need to be able to receive notifications from the plug in to my admin email and my employee email with termination in @integrativetherapy.center
Please help!

This shouldn't be happening since it is a Google Account too. Our e-mail addresses are also on Gmail, but @tms-outsource.com, and Notifications work just fine.
Can you check with your hosting provider if they imposed some limitations to that SMTP? They tend to do that, although if they did, you wouldn't even receive notifications on @gmail.com account.
Just to be sure, could you check with them and see if there are any SMTP restrictions?
