    Hello I just purchased amelio from wpamelio but i have not received the confirmation email with the licence. I wanted to raise a ticket and have been unable to.

    Do you have login to our store? Here's the link: https://store.tms-plugins.com/login

    When you login there you will see your plugin, there you can download the plugin and see your purchase code.

    No I do not other wise I would have used it. This is incredibly frustrating. The just tried to recover the password to login which never came through. I have checked my email account and have been receiving emails all day like this notification of reply.

    I have just wasted 24hrs trying to raise a support ticket which I am still unable to do.

    I have just checked in our system, and therećs several emails that system tried to send to you and all of it failed, you might need to approve email address:

    in your email client, or there's some other problem with your email but all the emails bounced including the one for reseting password.

    Hello I purchased Amelia twice on the 7th December and 11th December as i thought the first purchase did not go through as I never received any emails. How do I get a refund ?

    Hi,

    On the right side of the license that you want to request the refund for you have a red refund button, by clicking on it you can request refund and within several days you will get it.

    I do not have the licence number for the first purchase to obtain a refund for. 

    I only have one licence  - QOU6fg3PgkzI which I have used to active Amelia (if I try and get a refund on this it will stop Amelia on my website. What is the other licence number so that I can get a refund on this. I never received the email for this purchase with any activation licence.
