Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
The only employee in Amelia is me. I didn't log in to my WordPress for a while and now that I see my employees screen there's a message saying 'away'.
I've checked everything but I don't find the solution.
Hello Marcos
Thank you for your purchase.
When your employee is showing "Away" it simply means that you're viewing the profile out of that employee's working hours.
For example, if your employee works from 09:00 - 17:00, and you view his profile at 08:00, it will show "Away". If you take a look after 09:00 it will show "Available".
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks for your reply Aleksander.
However, when I try to choose an appointment as a customer, there's no day available on the calendar, even if I have set myself as available everyday from 21.00 to 21.30
Any thoughts?
Hi again Marcos.
Sure, how long do your services last? Do you have some buffer time on those services?
If your service lasts 30 minutes, then it should come up, but if they are longer, or if you have buffer time before or after the service, they won't come up.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
