Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a bulk purchase option. We're looking into adding that as a feature, but until then I can offer a work-around.
You can create a service which would be named "Bulk Purchase" for example, and it would cost a certain amount. Then, you would need to create a 100% discount coupon which could be used 9 times, and limit the usage to 9 per customer, like this:
My advice would also be to enable the notifications, so they get an e-mail with the discount coupon, explaining that they need to use the coupon for the remaining 9 sessions:
You would need to add the %coupon_1% placeholder to the e-mail, so they get the coupon code they can use.
After someone books the first appointment, they receive an e-mail with it, and they use it to book the remaining 9 sessions.
It is not about the payment but the clients should be able to book multiple appointments in one piece. It's just about booking the dates, nothing else. So that they do not have to enter each time of new, name & email & telephone number Can be too complicated for the patients.
I understand, but unfortunately we don't have that option yet.
It is being developed, and it will be added in one of our future updates. The current focus is on creating and releasing the front-end customer and employee cabinets, and to get it released before 2020. After that, multiple bookings per session will be worked on.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
On another thought - if you go to settings/Roles settings/Customer, you can enable
Ok I understand. I try to find a good solution. It should be as simple as possible for psychotherapy patients. They have little knowledge of technology.
My idea: 1. The first appointment automatically creates a user 2. He must now log in with a new password and should automatically come to the page with an overview of all his booked appointments Is that possible? how? 3. "Enter new appointment" button -> new tab with calendar As a logged-in Amelia user, it is easier to book appointments
Aleksander, do you think that would be possible, if so, how?
Well, what you're asking for here is what will be included in the next update.
Your customers will have exactly that - a front-end user cabinet, so they can manage their appointments from front-end.
At the moment, you can enable "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Roles Settings/Customer, and when a customer books his first appointment, they will get an automated e-mail with log-in credentials into WordPress. Then, they would need to log into WordPress, and will be directed to the Dashboard, where they can see their appointments, and their profile.
To enter new appointments, though, they need to do it from your front-end page.
Hi,
I am a psychotherapist and my clients should be able to book several appointments (up to 12) in one piece.
How can I implement this with Amelia?
Best regards from Germany
Manfred :-)
Hello Manfred.

I hope this helps.
