I already submit I ticket 24h ago(ticket N #2238389), but still no answer to my issue. I just wander what's the point to pay £300 and can't use the plugin?

Sorry for late responses, but our company is located in Serbia, and our working hours are Mon - Fri from 10:00 - 17:00 CET.
We go through tickets in the order in which they arrive, and we don't prioritize anyone. I already responded to your other ticket, so if there are any further concerns about it, let's continue there.
