We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
I was adding and editing Amelia services last night and today have gone on to WP to keep working and found that the WP-admin link isn't taking me into our admin page for our site.
If I click on the WP Admin link (and a few of the others) it takes me to our service provider profile page with no access. I've added attachments to show.
Has anyone else had this issue too? Please Help!

WP support seem to think it was Paid Member Subscriptions which didn't seem to have a problem until I recently added Profile Builder so not sure exactly but it's one of these. I'll activate Paid Member again today without Profile to test it.

It's definitely Paid Member Subscriptions, this is the only one I re-activated and it's done it again.
Sorry! After more testing it seems to be the Profile Builder add on - Toolbox wasn't working well with Paid Member as I've deactivated everything to do with PB and PMS is now working well again, as it had been for weeks.
Sorry about all the comments but I go through all of the TMS tickets to see if my issue has been brought up and resolved here before writing a new ticket. Hopefully it helps others.
