    Hi there,

I believe some settings of Amelia should be available to Amelia Manager role. At least the "Working Hours & Days Off" option.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Rui

    Hello Rui,

The user that have an Amelia Manager role can edit the employees' work hours and days off. And  in Amelia these are the work hours that are shown on the front-end because the services are assigned to the employees. The employees' work hours are shown as available time slots for booking the services. The Amelia Manager can't access the Working Hours & Days Off in Settings, that is true, but this can be all managed through the work hours of the employees since these are the available time slots on the front-end.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello Marija,

I know that, but you must agree that it's much easier to add holidays or other special days when the location is closed than to add holidays to each employee. That's why this option should be made available to Amelia Managers and not only to Administrators of the website.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Rui

    Hello Rui,

I see. Thank you for the suggestion, that would be probably useful for some users. I will forward your suggestion to the management and development team so they can consider adding this option in one of our future updates.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,

    Hello Rui,

We recently found out that you can allow more permissions to Amelia Manager with the help of User Role Editor plugin. When you install it, its settings will be accessible through “Users” and “Settings” sections in your dashboard:

This plugin allows you to modify any WordPress user role, as you can see in the screenshot above. All Amelia permissions start with the keyword “amelia”, so please be careful when applying permissions. You may also apply other permissions to the user role, but that’s not recommendable.

Please note: Applying certain permissions to other users will allow them to access, change and even delete your settings. Please consider whether your employees should have these permissions, and carefully choose which ones you wish to apply.

    Hope this helps for now!
