We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
[UPDATE] Found it! But when I hit save, the attendee is not saved. I saw a different support ticket regarding this very same issue, which has been solved. Do you mind sharing the solution for this?
[INITIAL QUESTION] Is it possible for the site administrator to manually add an event attendee, without having to pay of course? At the moment multiple clients want to join the event and pay me afterwards or by cash, but not via the site.
Is there an option for this?
If not: can you put it on a wish list?
Best regards,
Remko Sieben
Hi Remko, I'm having this exact same issue. It looks like it's being caused by a 500 error when you click "save".
Hello guys.
I'll post the same response I shared with Matthew here.
Turns out there is a bug on our end. Please open the attachment, and replace the entire file ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Payment/PaymentApplicationService.php. After that it should be working fine.
Please let me know.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Great news, Remko.
Thanks for letting me know.
The issue will be resolved with the next update, so no need to remember this.
