I had a long list of services and categories stored in amelia. However, after the 1.0.11 update an hour ago, everything was erased. Please bring it back, this is an emergency
hello there, hope you had a great christmas holyday.
Last time we spoke i told you i was refraining to update because it was causing trouble. Tturns out i was already having trouble without knowing: whenever i tried to open elementor to make changes to any page i was getting an error message that said "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check the site administrator account mailbox for instructions." my host told me it is a fatal error and the amelia plugin was responsible for it.
Also before elementor stopped working i purchased elementor pro and tried to use the popup feature on buttons but it would not work
Could you please tell me what is the issue that you have when you try to update Amelia? Could you follow the steps for the manual update and let me know on which part you have issues, what exactly? It would be great if you could send us screenshots of the issue. Thanks.
Yes, as I said before, we had some conflict with the elementor pop-up (unfortunately issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP) and the developers made some solution to this but you need to add some custom code to your WordPress for it to work. So if you need this I can send it to you.
Just to be clear: on which elementor widger dhould i add this code? Popups? If yes, am i supposed to add this code on every single popup on which i plan to add an amelia shortcode?
