Hello. We've successfully synced an employee's Google Calendar with Amelia, and we even ticked the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" on the Amelia's Google Calendar settings, but for some reason our customers (who we send a calendar link to via email) are still able to book the time slots which have already been booked via Amelia.
We normally get appointment bookings from two different channels: Amelia & Gmail (we send our calendar link to customers where they can book a slot). But the problem is that even if Amelia has already been synced, appointment slots booked via Amelia are somehow still bookable through our Google Calendar, when it shouldn't be in the first place.
How do we fix this? It happened 2 times already, and the first one was already embarrassing because we asked a customer if it's okay to move his time slot to a different time slot as a customer already booked there first. But it happened again a customer managed to book a 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm time slot even if it has already been booked by another customer through Amelia. Please help us. This is kind of bad for our customers.
I already responded to the other ticket, but we can continue here if it's easier for you.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look at the issue. Just make sure to enable "Private" response, because this is a public ticket.
Your setup sounds pretty simple, so this issue shouldn't be happening.
