We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I would like to know if there is an option to collect customer feedback after salon service, either by email, directly through the website, or the like.

    I look forward to a return to be able to purchase the plugin: D

    Thanks so much for your interest in our product.

    We have Appointment follow up email notification that can be set up to be sent up to 24h after the appointments. In that notifications you can ask questions that are important to you. The replies will be in the inbox of the email that are set to be as from email address.

    So does the plugin itself not capture these customer feedbacks?Is there any possibility of you developing something like that? If so, would it cost something extra? And what would be the time for development?

    My goal was to be able to capture customer reviews of treatment, service, and various other information so that I could display it on the main page with a shortcode, for example.

    Hi Leoandro,

    We do not have this option, it is not very much requested and, a workaround is to include link to the survey in the email follow up, or to ask questions there. 

    We have this feature on our list, but for now we do not have plan for it in near future.

    Unfortunately, our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they don't have time for custom wor. 

    We definitely recommend Codeable for custom work for Amelia when our developers don't have the time for it, we just advise customers to follow this link Codeable Custom Solution for Amelia plugin (with it they would know you come from us).

    You gave me a great solution to this problem. Using an external survey tool I will be able to get customer feedback without much effort.
