Those are template sites and service and categories manually added on these sites template1,2,3. Issue is with new sites, when create new site it cloned data from these sites template1,2,3. but having issue with new sites like

Not used any special event to delete service. We just used delete button provided to delete service. Please make it sure, issue should not occur network wide. Don't just try to fix on this site only. Else elaborate how you fixed it on this site. It is network wide on each subsite. Please use these credentials for this site login-:

Sorry for not replying right away.
I forwarded this to the development team, so they can check it out, I will get back to you as soon as I have some feedback from them.
Regarding the question how we fixed this on the mentioned site, we deleted the service from one of the tables where it was still present. This is a strange behavior and it shouldn't happen if you deleted the service, so we will check this out as well.
Can you let me know , in which table it left to delete? Also please fix it ASAP.

The service was still present in this table: wp_56_amelia_providers_to_services
We couldn't reproduce the issue, we created and deleted a service on your site, and it worked normally as it should, it was deleted everywhere in the database.
The behavior you had was like the service was deleted manually in the database.
I am having same issue on my website .
