Hello I have setup the gmail SMTP option including allowing amelia access to gmail, but when i try to test send email notifications i have an 'error email has not been sent' message. Do you know of any immediate fixes for this? Kind regards, Craig
Hello Craig.
Usually issues like this are caused by your hosting provider. For some reason they intentionally block any SMTP settings other than their own.
Please reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them to remove these limitations, or provide an alternative.
