Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Greetings,
we have 2 items of enquiry.
1) we are wishing to embed Amelia in a Employee like portal via a tabbed interface.
Is it possible to obtain shortcodes for the Employee focus the same as the menu ?
ie. Calendar
Appointments
Events
Employees
Thank you
2) Is it possible for the employee to fill out an additional field on the appointment? Eg. Client Attended or what would be the mechanism to trigger a webhook post appointment for payment/survey or do actions?
Thank you for your assistance
Hello GavinTomlins,
Thank you for your purchase!
1) Like I said in the other ticket, you can't show the employee profile on the front-end, but you can make a profile of your employee on the pages of your website and there put a shortcode for that specific employee so the booking form will be there only with the specified employee availability.
You can find all the shortcodes that you can use on your pages following this link.
2) We have the option 'Custom fields' in Amelia, you can create several types of custom fields and assign them to the services and events that you want. You can find everything you need to know about this feature in our documentation. You can create them to be mandatory or not mandatory in the booking process.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
