Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I created the category "Yoga", added 8 services there, assigned to each employee. But after registering on the site, all services disappear in the admin panel. Everything remains on the site as it was before. What should I do? And also how can I find out the category id?
Hello Егор,
Could you please tell me have you used you admin email address while registering on the site? If yes, could you please check what role do you have for you as a User in WordPress - Users? Thanks!
When registering on the site, I did not enter email, I assigned the required fields only First Name, Last Name and Phone
My role is Administrator. And yes, thanks for bringing me to the idea of where the bug might come from. I restored the site again, made the email field mandatory in the plugin and voila - all services are in place! I will use it for now, but I hope that in the future it will be possible to configure this feature.
Thanks for pointing that out, Егор. We will definitely test this out on our site. Could you please tell me were you logged in to WordPress while you registered/booked an appointment or you used the incognito page? Thanks!
I used the incognito page
Thank you, Егор.
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this behavior on our site. It is the same in both cases - if this option phone field mandatory is enabled and disabled, the services always show up.
If you remember maybe some other step that you took or some other setting that you applied please let us know. Thanks.
This bug appears if you do not use email as a required field and the visitor does not enter it
Thank you, Егор.
But, I already tested that and it works normally on our site ( when the phone field is not required).
We will test it out more, hopefully we will be able to reproduce the behavior so we can fix it if there is some bug on our side.
You need to disable the required email field (not the phone) and enable the automatic creation of the user Amelia, and then book the event without entering the email
Hello Егор,
Sorry, I meant and tested the whole time email mandatory field but wrote phone here, not sure why. My apologies for the mistake
But still, it works fine on our test site for this use case.
I forwarded this to the development team, they will also check this out.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,
