The gravity forms product field has the product name, price, and quantity. When downloading the gravity forms data into csv file, the quantity is in a separate column. wpDataTables however, combines the data into one column. I need the quantity separate in it's own column. Can you please tell me how I can do that?
If you have separate fields in the form, you get to choose those fields in wpDataTables when linking to an existing Gravity Form. Those fields appear as columns, so they shouldn't in any case be all saved in the same column.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
In GravityForms I went into the Product Field and disabled quantity. I then added the "Quantity" field as a separate field in my form. "Quantity" is now in a separate column in WPTables.

Hello KingTours.
Thank you for your purchase.

HI again KingTours.
I'm sorry, but this isn't an admin-level account:
Unfortunately, I can't do anything with that account, so can you please update the account to Admin-Level, and I'll gladly take a look.
Kind Regards,

All,
My work-around to this issue is this.
In GravityForms I went into the Product Field and disabled quantity. I then added the "Quantity" field as a separate field in my form. "Quantity" is now in a separate column in WPTables.
That's awesome news, KingTours.
Great workaround. Thank you for letting us know how the issue was resolved.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
