You can set the working hours for your employees to be repeated every week.

Also, you can use "special days" feature ( more information on this link ) 

Special Days – This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this.

If the service is longer than 1 hour than that duration will be selected.

You can also create service that is 1h long and use extras that also have some duration, so the maximum duration will be the sum of the service and extras.

So the services will have fixed duration, and unfortunately it is not possible to choose flexible hour for booking.

There is no built in function for this but I can suggest you a workaround.

You will need to create same services with different duration.

For example:

Room 1, duration 1h will be the 1st service

Room 1, duration 3h will be the 2nd service

etc.

Let me try to explain more about workaround.

Our plugin currently support time slot booking during one day, so if it is just renting of co-working space for a couple of hours a day, then it is possible to use our plugin for this. If, however you need multi-days booking then you should check out our new feature Events.

You can either create rooms where services are and create employee for each room (different one, so they can be bookable at the same time) and hide the employee selection with a simple CSS (we will explain later on ) or you can create each room as separate employee and create just one service to attach to each room. Just so you know each employee needs to have email, so if you don't need a separate email for each you can create with Gmail or outlook the same email with +number, and they will be seen as a different one (a would later explain you this in more details, but you should know that you need to use Gmail or Outlook).

If your employee email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with same email adding numbers like [email protected],[email protected]... )

And then you can use ameliabooking shortcode and on front-end you can hide with CSS  dropdown with Employees.

You can use this CSS rule on the page between style tags where you will hide Employee dropdown:

If you create just one employee and rooms as services, that means that rooms will not be bookable at the same time, since there is just one employee that is working (one employee/rooms one working hours - multiple employees/rooms multiple working hours). That is the reason why I offer you two other workarounds: rooms as services but with several employees hidden from the front-end, or rooms as employees with one service with different duration.

If you have more then 1 room to rent, then this is possible.

But you will need this workaround.

On the employees page you will not create employees like first name last name, your employees will be your rooms.

On the service page, your services will be Rent for 1h, rent for 2h etc

So when the customers choose service (he/she will choose duration, Rent for 1h for example) and then they will choose employee (in your case they will choose Rooms)
