Hey, I tried to update to the last version. But from now, my purshase code doesn’t work anymore. When I bought Amelia, I could update lifetime but without the support. Is it still available for me ? Thank you
I have the same problem. I have two licenses with expired support and auto update does not work for either. Screenshot attached. I can download the new version from Envato Marketplace and update manually.

it works once but I can’t update yet. It told me to activate. So I double check the activation one more time and the activation wasn’t save finally. I would like to activate but the same message pop up « it seems your purchase licence doesn’t valid »
ok now it work my plugin is activated by envato. But I can’t update.

Thank you for your feedback, we are investigating this as we speak. It looks like Envato change their API and it reflects to our plugin update.
