In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi there
I've just recently purchased Amelia. I currently have a squarespace website but in the process of migrating to wordpress. I'm busy with the development of the wordpress site and I'm using a subdomain where I plan on testing Amelia. Once I'm done testing and ready to move to the live site, I will need to transfer Amelia to the top-level domain. Is this possible? I've purchased the basic version for 1 domain so I'm just checking that this will be possible. Please advise.

Sure, you simply need to deactivate the license on the previous site, through Amelia Settings/Activation, and after that you'll be able to activate it on the new domain.
If you have any issues with this, please let us know, and we'll deactivate it remotely. However, you shouldn't be facing any issues.
