Hi Amelia
I'm about to open a smal cooperative yoga studio.
We will offers a variaty of classes with a handful of different teachers.
For this, I need a combined schedule and booking system.
Amelia looks like a really nice plugin. But I'm unsure if it fits my needs completely.
I've installed the free version, to look a bit around. The first issue is, that I can only register event on even or half hours. I need to be able to open a class eg. 9:50-11.10. Is this possible in the paid version?
What I also need, and can't find any information about, is loyalty voucher cards. Where a users buys a voucher for eg. 6 classes to a lower price than paying class by class. Is this possible in Amelia?
Best regards
Ditte
Hi Ditte Buur,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
" I need to be able to open a class eg. 9:50-11.10. Is this possible in the paid version?"
In our General Settings we have option "Default time slot step" and you can set 10 minutes or 20 minutes to match your time slots that you need. You will get new time options for employee's working hours, so you will be able to set 9:50 as beginning of the employee's working hours and duration of 1 hour and 20 minutes for the service.
"What I also need, and can't find any information about, is loyalty voucher cards. Where a users buys a voucher for eg. 6 classes to a lower price than paying class by class. Is this possible in Amelia?"
We don't exactly have voucher cards but we have coupons. You can set coupon that will be sent automatically after the x customers bookings and that will have limit for the customer. So, if you set coupon to be sent after the first booking and have 5 as a limit, customer will receive coupon after the first booking that he will be able to use for the next 5 classes to schedule with lower price. Coupon can have discount in percentage of the service price or deduction in total value. More about our coupons you can read here.
Best regards.
