Hi,
1) I can't seem to configure different services to require different payment methods. I have read the knowledge article and followed the instructions to connect stripe first and then go back to the services section but I can't see anywhere that I can override the default payment process.
2) I am wanting to connect my admin up to Amelia so they can take bookings. I have made them an admin user and they have tried to login with the email and password given to them by wordpress but it doesn't work.

I have worked out number one. I just needed to activate Amelia in settings and then update and then the settings tab was available in services.

I'm glad to hear you have 1) resolved.
As for 2) - if I understood you correctly - you want to link the existing admin roles as Amelia Employees, correct?
If that is true, your administrators can be employees, but to link them with an existing WordPress user, you will need to download the User Role Editor plugin, and assign the "Amelia Employee" user role to those users. Or "Amelia Administrator" or "Amelia Manager" of course - which ever you need.
