Hello Ken.

If you entered the purchase code in Amelia Settings/Activation, you should be able to update it from your Plugins section in the dashboard. Some installations offer this only when the plugin is deactivated, so please try deactivating it, and see if there will be an update offered.

If you can't activate it this way, then please follow these instructions:

1. Download the latest version from our store. You can log in with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin.

2. Deactivate/Delete Amelia from your Plugins section, in the Dashboard (the plugin will keep all settings and data in the database, so there's no need to worry about losing anything)

3. Click on Add New/Upload, and upload the previously downloaded plugin.

4. Activate the plugin.

That's it.
