Hello,
I'm using a combination of events (for my clients' exams) and services (for my clients' courses).
The courses I give myself, so I have created myself as employee, and added each course date as special day.
When I go to the calendar view, however, all I see for a special day, is a white background. That is very unclear. I want to see that that day has been reserved for that particular course, but that is only shown after the first client has booked it. How can I make it so that the course is visible in the calendar properly, even if no one has booked it yet?
Hello again Jaap Bijl
Unfortunately, that's not how the Calendar works.
The white fields show that you're available during those hours. Gray fields show the unavailable times.
Since every employee can be assigned to any number of Services, you can't have the calendar display the Service in it, even though you only have one service created, and one employee assigned to that service. Only when there's a booked appointment will the calendar show the service in the calendar.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
