I need to display a description with the "category" in the catalog. Is this supported? Can I customize the downloaded plugin to provide this functionality if not?
Sorry to disappoint you but at the moment only services have the description, not the categories.
Unfortunately this kind of customization requires source code of our plugin, which we can not share , due to policy of our company, but I can add your suggestion on our TODO list and hopefully we can implement this for some future updates.
