We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
I have spent a lot of time today adding in Services, updating locations, Employee Special Times, updating emails, had got to the point where I had actually tested it a number of times through our website and appeared to be working fine.
I then went and added some HTML to the Service Description with what appeared to be no issues.
I then added a text box in the Custom Fields section to one of the Services, and after this whenever I try and click Save on the Edit Service page or try and load the service on our website, it just load and loads. I deleted the text box and it still didn't work.
I have gone back through other tickets and tried:
-Deactivating all plugins
-Clearing cache
-Reactivating all plugins
-Trying on another browser on same computer
-Trying a different computer
-Deleting the HTML from the Location Description, but I can't save it to do that.
I'd appreciate any urgent support you can provide as we have clients that needed to book tonight for this weeks sessions. I will create a temp login incase this is useful and post the details privately. Thank you.

Sorry for the late response. I suppose you changed the order of services on the Services page. If you did that, it cancelled the previously set up Payment Settings for the services, if you changed them separately per service.
I checked your back-end and front-end and it should all be working fine now. Just please make sure not to rearrange the services until we release the next update. Also, if you added a custom payment for one or more services on your website, you'll probably have to do it again, since I replaced some files in our plugin.
Please check and let me know if it works now.
