We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
2 questions please... Just purchased Amelia so newly integrated PayPal and Google Calendar...
1) Paypal Integration - all works fab, monies received etc, apart from the 'Order Details' for each Amelia transaction is blank. Its just showing a price but no description. how do I get the description sent to PayPal?
2) Google Calendar. Again all working AOK, however its only shows the service selected. Is there a way of sending further details to calendar so I can see the at least the customer name in the appointment? To see the extras paid for would be a bonus.
PS I have to say your set up docs are superb - didn't have a clue what I was doing but followed it to the word and it just all worked!! Well isn't that exactly what we all want??!!! And within minutes of it going live I had 2 full days of bookings!! Amazing!! Thankyou!
Hello Louse,
Thank you for your purchase!
Glad to hear our documentation helped and that Amelia suits your business needs
1) Unfortunately, this is the way the connection with PayPal works for now. But I forwarded this to the development team so they can check out if there is some solution to send some meta data to PayPal.
2) Yes, you can send more information about the appointments in Amelia to your Google calendar. You just need to copy/paste the wanted placeholders (which you will find by clicking on '</> Show Email Placeholders' in Amelia -> Notifications) to the 'Event Description: ' field in Amelia -> Settings -> Google Calendar Settings.
Hope this helps!
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
Perfect, found it!! Thankyou Marija!
Hello Louse,
Great, glad to hear that!
You are welcome, Louse.
Could you please tell me which information you would like to add (if possible) in the Orders details section of PayPal? Thanks!
