1) You can limit the number of appointments for the employee by setting their work hours. So, when you create the employee in 'Work hours' tab you set the work time periods and for each period assign services and location. If you set two hours work time period and have a service that lasts 1 hour it could be booked twice in this work time period (Connected to location chosen). Unfortunately, you can't connect the location to the service directly, you connect both the service and the location to the employee.
2) Unfortunately, there isn't an option to export the calendar to Excel in Amelia. You can export the appointments in a CSV file though (In the Appointments section of Amelia you will see a button for this, right to the Search field.)
3) There isn't an option to customize the background color based on the location in Amelia, unfortunately.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
Regarding your feature requirements, the first one is possible in Amelia. When you create an employee in the details section you set one default location, but then you can set more different locations in the Work hours' section by connecting different locations to different work time periods. Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility for the employees to work on multiple locations at the same time though. We will implement this feature in one of our future updates.
The background colors depending on the locations are not possible to be set and would require custom work which is not provided by our support. Unfortunately, automated notifications to your email if an Employee sets the day off is also not possible with Amelia's built-in features. As I said, customization such as these ones are not covered by our support.
Now as for the accessing the code, we are using Vue.js. JS files are modified (minimized) in public version of the plugin (in our development environment is accessible), but unfortunately I can not send you our source code because that is the policy of our company.
All those files that have extension .vue are compressed and minimized in JS files which are very hard and not recommended for modifying. So, in order to add some other features you can try to unminify the JS and customize it, but as I said this is pretty hard and not recommended to be done.
I am sorry that I couldn't help you more at this point.
Hello,
It is very important to me, so please help me!
1) is it possible to limit the number of simultaneous appointments to the number of locations?
2) Can I export the calendar to excel?
3) Can I please change the appointment background color based on the location??
Hello Jacopo,
Thank you for your purchase!
