We are photographers, one of the things we do is run 'mini-sessions' where we promote a few hours where we shoot families for 10-15 minutes. eg Christmas mini sessions with a Christmas backdrop, over 4 hours on a single chosen day, where 1 family books a time slot.
We want to be able to use Amelia to schedule these sessions. e.g. set up event for "Christmas Mini Session" then set the date and time that these sessions are available form then the client goes and books through our website.
The ONLY way I can figure out how to do this is to set up the Service, then set up an Employee with only that date and times available on that Employee, so when clients go to book they can then select the 10-15 minute time slot they want.
This is fine... however, I currently have 6 lots of these sessions I need to set up (for different things, not just mini sessions) and 6 different Employees means Amelia is asking me for 6 different email addresses.
So, I am asking, have I missed something and is there a different way to set these sessions up?
you assign Special Times to an Employee, and can do multiple special times for different Services
Yeah, that's correct. If you have one employee assigned to a service, and you wish to have that employee work on a different service, or on different hours, you can do so through Special Days, as they will overwrite the original Working hours. Special days, however, do not affect days off.
As for "fake" employees, if you create a new employee which is actually a fake account of an existing employee, you can simply put "[email protected]" so plugin thinks that's the correct e-mail, while actually it doesn't exist. You can still connect several employees to one Google Calendar, if you need that.

Ok I think I just realised - you assign Special Times to an Employee, and can do multiple special times for different Services.
Is this correct?
