I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
We have that feature planned, but unfortunately it is not going to be released any time soon. At least not until Q2 2020, so unfortunately that cannot be done without some custom work, which unfortunately isn't included in the provided support for the plugin.
I have browse through the forum, and it seem that reordering row would require to go to the backend-phpadmin and edit it manually.
I am wondering if the feature of drag and drop is in the work?
Cause it also affect how the chart is been output as well.
