We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I can't track my payments done through Amelia in Stripe. The payments is anonymous. Any ideas why?

    Hi again Lineandorsen

If you mean that the customer details don't appear on Stripe, I'm afraid that this is how the integration works at the moment.

However, I can send you a zipped file which contains the files you need to replace in order to get the metadata transferred over and visible in your Stripe account. Please note that this is for Amelia 2.2.1 and 2.3. If you have a previous version of the plugin, please update it.

Please download the zip folder, and follow the paths in it:

When you open FTP, and navigate to ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ you'll see that one of the folders there is /src/. So, again in the zip file, open the folder, and follow the two folder paths one by one:

    1. /src/Application/Services/Payment/

So, that's the folder you need to navigate to via FTP: ../wp-content/plugins/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Payment/ and extract the "PaymentApplicationService.php" file there (overwrite the existing file).

    2. /src/Application/Services/Payment/

So, that's the folder you need to navigate to via FTP: ../wp-content/plugins/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Payment/ and extract the "StripeService.php" file there (overwrite the existing file).

    Kind Regards,
